Strategy Consultation
Before we begin the search, we sit down, either in person or via video, for a detailed consultation. This is where I get to know you, your aspirations, your must-haves, your non-negotiables, your timeline and your budget. It's also where we assess whether your brief is realistic in the current Sydney market. I'll always be honest with you. If your expectations need adjusting, I'll explain why and suggest alternatives. If we're aligned, we move forward with a clear understanding of exactly what we're looking for.
Comprehensive Property Search
While Domain and Realestate.com.au are useful, they only scratch the surface of what may be available, and everybody has access to them. I dig much deeper, drawing on long-standing relationships with local selling agents, pre-market and off-market opportunities, direct approaches where appropriate, and other search strategies developed through years of working in Sydney property.
Having lived and worked across the Inner West and Lower North Shore for decades, I also bring local knowledge that no algorithm can replicate. Whether it's a Balmain semi, a Neutral Bay apartment or a quiet townhouse in Lane Cove, I'll leave no stone unturned to find the right fit for you. You'll often spot me zipping between inspections in my little Mini, roof down whenever Sydney weather allows. Midweek or Saturday, if there's a property worth seeing, I'll be there.
Inspection, Evaluation & Due Diligence
I attend inspections on your behalf and will only share shortlisted properties that are close to brief. You've likely engaged me to save you time and to avoid conversations with selling agents — so unless you want to attend every inspection, you won't need to.
I provide detailed video walk-throughs and property assessments, perfect for time-poor clients or those buying from interstate or overseas.

Negotiation & Purchase
Once you've found "the one", I act quickly and strategically to secure it for the best price and terms. Whether it's pre-auction, by negotiation, or under the hammer, I'll guide you through every step of the process with calm, experienced advice.
If we decide to bid at auction, I can represent you on the auction floor. We'll agree our strategy beforehand, with a clear limit and a plan for how we'll bid. The aim is to not let emotion take over — I know that's easy to do when navigating Sydney real estate.
Post-Purchase Support
With my design and renovation experience and expertise, I'm much more than just a buyers agent. Need renovation ideas, cost estimates, or trade contacts? I can help. Need advice on renting out the property? I'll point you in the right direction.

Relocation Consultancy
Moving to Sydney from interstate or overseas can feel overwhelming. I provide comprehensive relocation support — from area orientation to help you familiarise yourself with potential neighbourhoods, to school and community information to help you settle in comfortably.
