How I Work Navigating Sydney Real Estate: From Strategy to Settlement

Before getting going on the search, we sit down (in person or via video) for a detailed consultation. This is where I get to know you — your aspirations, your must-haves, your non-negotiables, your timeline, and your budget. It's also where we assess whether your brief is realistic in the current Sydney market.

I’ll always be honest with you — if your expectations need adjusting, I’ll explain why and suggest alternative strategies. If we’re aligned, we move forward with a shared vision and a clear plan.

At Keys to Sydney, I leave no stone unturned in your property search. While Domain and Realestate.com.au are useful, they only scratch the surface of what may be available, not to mention everybody has access to them. I delve deeper, leveraging:

• Off-market opportunities through my extensive network of local agents.
• Pre-market listings that aren't yet publicly advertised. 
• Direct outreach to homeowners where feasible
• Local knowledge and community intel from years of living and working across the Inner West and Lower North Shore

I attend Sydney Real Estate inspections on your behalf and will only share with you shortlisted properties that are close to brief. You've likely engaged me to save you time, and to avoid conversations with Selling Agents, so unless you want to attend every inspection, you won't need to.
I provide detailed video walk-throughs and property assessments, perfect for time poor clients or those buying from interstate or overseas,

I also assist with:

• Reviewing contracts (in consultation with your solicitor)
   
• Identifying red flags in strata or building reports
   
• Assessing renovation potential and resale value

Once you’ve found 'the one', I act quickly and strategically to secure it for the best price and terms. 

Whether it’s pre-auction, by negotiation, or under the hammer, I’ll guide you through every step of the process with calm, experienced advice. If we decide to bid at auction, I can represent you on the auction floor. We will strategise prior. The aim is to not let emotion take over!
